IVY’S CRIB MOBILE:
I didn’t have a mobile for Ivy’s crib, so I bought some felt, buttons, ribbon, two faux hydrangeas and a couple grapevine wreaths and put together this mobile. She loves it! I have a fan running in her room and it makes the characters spin slowly.

We hung it from a cool wall hanger purchased from Amazon.com

SAM AND ZOE’S BIRTHDAY PARTY CRAFT
We had 20 kids ages 2 to 6 for their 5th birthday! Had to do something to keep them busy! I found tshirts at Walmart for $1 and bought a pack of iron-on ink-jet paper and some fabric markers. Set the party-goers names in a funky typeface and had it all set up for them. It was a hit – They were all quiet for about 5 minutes!

THE THIRD BIRTHDAY CAKE
They each wanted something different. I didn’t want to make two cakes. Slice it down the middle and decorate half. Found a great cupcake decorating book and tweaked it to fit the cake space. Twinkie sharks, powdered donut bouys and swedish fish are a few items on Sam’s side. Zoe wanted princesses, so I rolled starbursts flat and pressed them into colored sugar. Pretzels and mini Nilla’s with a bit of frosting finished the two princesses. Whew. That took longer than I anticipated.
